By utilizing our portal, you acknowledge that our professional service fee is completely separate from, and in addition to, the mandatory official government visa fees.

1. Transparent Pricing: What Your Payment Covers

To comply with international consumer transparency standards, we clearly separate our charges. When you apply through our portal, your total payment consists of two distinct parts:

  • Official UAE Government Fees: The mandatory charges set by the UAE immigration authorities (GDRFA/ICP) for visa processing, pre-approval, and issuance.
  • Our Professional Service Fee: Our independent administrative charge for application preparation, document verification, consultation, and submission support.

2. Accepted Payment Options

We prioritize your security and process all payments through our trusted and encrypted payment gateway partner, Stripe. We accept major debit and credit cards, including:

  • Visa
  • MasterCard
  • American Express (AMEX)

Important Payment Details:

  • Currency: All payments are processed in USD (US Dollars) or AED (Arab Emirates Dirham) depending on the selected option. If your local currency is different, your bank may apply exchange rates.
  • Billing Descriptor: Your transaction will appear on your bank or credit card statement as: Emirates Online Visa (or a similar identifier).
  • Verification: You may be required to enter a 3D Secure code (OTP) sent by your bank to authorize the transaction.

3. Data Security & Privacy

  • We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.
  • All transactions are protected with industry-standard TLS/SSL encryption.
  • Our payment processing strictly adheres to PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) regulations.

4. Payment Outcomes

  • Successful Payment: You will see an on-screen confirmation immediately, followed by an official payment receipt sent to your registered email address. Our team will begin processing your application right away.
  • Failed Payment: If your transaction is declined, an error message will appear. This is usually due to incorrect card details, insufficient funds, or bank restrictions on international transactions. Please contact your bank or try an alternative card.
