Your payment consists of two distinct parts: official UAE government visa fees and our independent administrative agency service fee. Our professional fee covers document review, application preparation, and customer support.
4. Visa Processing
We work diligently to ensure your application is submitted correctly. However, please note that the final decision regarding visa approval lies solely with UAE immigration authorities.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1 Refundable Conditions
Refunds are only eligible in cases of documented errors made by our team prior to application submission.
5.2 Non-Refundable Conditions
Government fees and our service fees are generally non-refundable once the application processing has commenced, regardless of the visa decision.
6. Limitation of Liability
Emirates Online Visa shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from visa delays, rejections, or travel plan changes.
